TITAN: Providing resolution and great depth great for detail and big picture imaging
Diablillo’s is a high-sulphidation epithermal silver-gold deposit derived from remnant hot springs activity following Tertiary-age local magmatic and volcanic activity with strong supergene overprinting. Access is relatively easy, but targeting within the large system was difficult.
TITAN DCIP and MT was used to provide concise 2d sections across the area of interest. The survey high lights deep structure from 3 parameters.
This target exhibits key characteristics of a potential underlying mineralized porphyry system, as indicated by its resistivity response. In addition, it is supported by highly anomalous molybdenum and gold values at surface, along with gold associated with pyrite identified in shallow historic drilliing.
