Jesse began his career at Quantec in 2006, thanks to a connection with Steve Wynn, a previous manager who helped Jesse and others get started. Initially, Jesse joined as a line laborer. “I wasn’t an operator then. I was just part of the line,” he recalls. Over time, he progressed to become an operator, eventually taking on remote and IP operations before advancing to the Field Manager position he holds today.
