The Project is focused on a recently discovered platinum-group metal (\u201cPGM\u201d) deposit hosted within the Sunday Lake mafic-ultramafic intrusion. The Company entered into an Definitive Option Agreement (the \u201cOption Agreement\u201d) in\u00a0June 2017\u00a0with\u00a0Impala Platinum Holdings Ltd.\u00a0(\u201cImpala\u201d) and\u00a0Transition Metals Corp\u00a0(\u201cTransition\u201d) (through its wholly-owned subsidiary,\u00a0HTX Minerals Corporation).
