Mark Morrison has been our Director of Operations since 2009. Before taking on his current role five years ago, he was the General Manager of Quantec\u2019s Chile operations, leading teams and managing projects nationwide. With\r\n over 15 years of experience at Quantec and a strong geophysics background, he plays a vital role in overseeing operations and driving the success of our geophysical projects. Mark holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Geophysics from the\r\n University of Western Ontario. Before moving into a corporate role, he worked in nearly every field position, from Research Field Assistant and Field Technician, to Geophysical Processor and Field Geophysicist. His firsthand\r\n experience with field operations gives him a deep understanding of Quantec\u2019s operations and the ability to quickly troubleshoot the challenges that are a normal part of complex geophysical surveys. Mark is a great example\r\n of Quantec\u2019s career development opportunities, having grown within the company from hands-on fieldwork to a key leadership role. Roger has over four decades\r\n of experience spanning exploration, mining, environmental geophysics, and instrumentation development. His career has taken him across North and South America, working in diverse roles from geophysical fieldwork and crew\r\n leadership to senior corporate positions. Before becoming VP Technical, he served as Quantec\u2019s General Manager in Reno and later as a Senior Interpretation Geophysicist in South America. With extensive expertise in subsurface\r\n imaging, he has contributed to groundbreaking advancements in the exploration of natural resources. Roger specializes in deploying cutting-edge technologies, to deliver high-resolution data for mining and geothermal projects.\r\n Roger\u2019s passion for geophysics extends beyond his career\u2014he has worked in Canada, the U.S., Mexico, Bolivia, and Chile and traveled extensively worldwide. An avid cyclist, he has logged over 75,000 km commuting in Denver,\r\n Reno, and Toronto, with a preference for recumbent bikes.
